Today Trent and I took a 5.4 mile "strenuous" hike in Jefferson Memorial Forest here in Louisville. Our little hike was definitely strenuous and also definitely worth it! It was such a beautiful day to spend 3 hours admiring all that God has created and sweating like nasty! Hopefully I'll be going back there again soon! Here are some pictures from the excursion.
